Qualifications & Experience

No previous experience or formal qualifications are required - just bring your passion and personality!
It would be desirable (but not essential) if you have:

Good numeracy and literacy skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in customer service, retail, or guest-facing roles
Confidence handling cash and using tills
The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or stock replenishment
