We’re looking for confident, supportive team members who can stay calm under pressure and offer great guest care. You’ll be someone who can:

• Provide competent First Aid across the Resort
• Support walk‑ins at the First Aid Centre
• Complete proactive tasks such as re‑stocking and audits
• Assist with company health screenings
• Carry out drug and alcohol testing
• Record all incidents accurately and professionally

Required:

• Must be 18+
• Valid First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate

Desirable:

• Previous medical or first-aid experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy environments
