We have a couple of exciting roles available:

Retail Team

If working as a Retail Host you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome into our LEGO store. Whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have.

Guest Experience Team 

As a Guest Experience Host, you will help to create lifelong memorable experiences in our attraction for our guests. You could be operating our rides, delivering workshops or even become one of our LEGO mascots. You will deliver the highest possible standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge. You will ensure that our guests are receiving optimal fun by connecting with them in a magical, fun, and safe environment.

These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from July - January. This is a flexible contract with opportunities to flex up your hours during peak times such as weekends and school holidays.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working in a customer facing environment
• Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
• Excellent communicator who loves to get along with people of all ages
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
