What you'll bring to the team

Applicants must be over 18 and hold a clean and current UK driving licence. 

 

The shift pattern for this role is 22:30 start- 07:00 finish.

 

Applicants must be able to work 5 nights out of 7 including weekends. One of the working nights must be a Sunday.

 

We are currently recruiting for Hotel Night Cleaner to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

First impressions count for a lot, and you'll be one of the first people our guests meet,

 at Alton Towers Resort, dealing with late arrivals, customer queries in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring we meet and exceed all our guests' expectations, with the highest level of service.

In this role, you could work in any of our amazing accommodations — Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, CBeebies Land Hotel, Enchanted Village, which also includes the Treehouses, and Pods. We are responsible for ensuring the Hotels are clean and tidy ready for the next morning. There is also deep cleaning and high-level dusting tasks in guest-facing and back of house areas.

We are also responsible for the safety of our guests in the event of fire evacuation during the night.

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £12.35/Hr.-GBP £13.40/Hr.
