Be the welcoming face of Thorpe Shark Cabins!
As a Hotel Front Office Host, you’ll make sure every guest enjoys a smooth, hassle-free stay from check-in to check-out. You’ll greet guests warmly, assist in the Shark Supplies Shop, and maintain high standards throughout the Cabins. Reporting to the Front Office Team Leaders, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and helping us meet daily KPI targets—creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Accountabilities
• Checking Guests In & Out of the Cabins
• Stocking the Cabins Shop
• Correctly storing luggage and taking it to the Cabins for arrival guests
• Ensuring KPI surveys are filled out by all guests checking out of the Cabins
• Making sure standards are kept to their highest level by completing the daily & weekly check list in full
• Liaising with the Housekeeping team regarding room allocations, status and special requirements
• Effectively dealing with guests feedback or minor issues
• Shopping integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest belongings
• Providing guests with all the correct information about there stay at Thorpe Shark Cabins
• Friendly and approachable

Additional Considerations
All Merlin employees are expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in online onboarding and training curriculums.
