Commercial Host
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, Working up to 5 out of 7 days a week, covering hours from 07:30 and 20:00
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2026
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy preparing for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for Commercial Hosts to join our AWESOME Resort Operations Team!
As a Commercial Host at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, you’ll be at the heart of creating magical experiences for our guests. From welcoming families at admissions to assisting in our retail stores, car parks, Adventure Golf, and Free Build areas, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visit is smooth, fun, and unforgettable. Whether you’re scanning tickets, helping guests find the perfect LEGO® souvenir, or supporting our interactive experiences, you’ll always be looking for ways to make their day extra special.
More importantly, you will be following all health and safety procedures and operational standards across our Commercial Zone. Duties will include but are not limited to; operating tills while adhering to profit protection policies, assisting guests with enquiries and providing solutions, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest-facing and staff areas, and ensuring your knowledge of products, ticketing rules, and guest services is up to date so you can deliver accurate and helpful information. You’ll also support with admissions checks, lost property, and accessibility needs, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
Our guests visit LEGOLAND Windsor to spend a memorable day with their families, and every interaction you have should be delivered in a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. Whether you’re upselling products, tidying a retail space, or walking across the resort to assist at Adventure Golf, you should be making magic (and increasing efficiency) at every opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience
- A clear and confident communicator.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a team.
- Experience in previous customer facing roles is desirable.
- Ability to deal with customer complaints, with a confident and calm approach.
- A FAW or EFAW qualification is desirable.
- You will need to be confident with cash handling.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for Commercial Hosts to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
