Hours: Full Time Fully Flexible, working 5 days out of 7

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Wardrobe Assistants to join our AWESOME Wardrobe Team!
As a Wardrobe Assistant at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our team looking sharp and our entertainment costumes show-ready. From maintaining uniforms to ensuring our costume characters are spotless and ready for action, you’ll help create the magic behind the scenes that makes every guest experience unforgettable. Whether you’re supporting new starters with inductions, serving at the counter, or carrying out uniform checks across the park and hotels, you’ll always be looking for ways to keep standards high and operations running smoothly.
More importantly, you will be following all health and safety procedures and garment care standards to ensure uniforms and costumes are maintained to the highest quality. Duties will include but are not limited to; washing and drying uniforms and costumes using industrial machines, assessing garments for stains or repairs, carrying out stain treatments and sewing repairs, and ensuring timely turnaround for shows and events. You’ll also manage uniform returns for leavers, deactivate ID cards, and issue charges for lost items, while providing friendly and efficient service to colleagues at the counter.
Our guests visit LEGOLAND Windsor to spend a memorable day with their families, and every costume and uniform plays a part in that magic. Whether you’re preparing a costume for a character meet-and-greet or ensuring a team member looks their best, you should be making magic at every opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong computer literacy, especially with Excel and Word.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable using washing machines and tumble driers in a fast-paced environment, as well as having knowledge of laundry labels and washing requirements.
- Experience working in a customer service.
- Basic sewing skills – opportunity to develop within the role.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for Wardrobe Assistants to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
