Job Scope
Deliver day to day operation of First Aid at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and by offering a first aid service to both employees and guests delivered to a high quality, within the agreed standards set out in the current St. John’s First Aid at Work Guidelines and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort first aid procedures. Also by ensuring paperwork is harmonised across both CWOA & TP.
Key Objectives
Experience and Skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a working knowledge of the Park and Hotel including geographical layout and services. (Desired)
• Have an awareness of our guests’ wants and needs to eliminate complaints and exceed expectations.
• Actively demonstrate commitment to positively handling difficult situations and change without conflict.
Due to the nature of this role a valid First Aid at Work Qualification is required (FAW).
Full Driving License is desirable.
Health & Safety:
HEADS OF DEPARTMENT
HODs are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their department, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees under their management are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated
