Job Scope:
To create magic moments by working closely with the Lifeguard team to supervise the safety of all bathers within Savannah Splash. To provide excellent guest care as well as safety for guests visiting Savannah Splash by achieving high standards of cleanliness and adhering to the NOP’s and SOP’s.
Job Purpose:
As a Lifeguard you will ensure health and safety in the Leisure Club, by reporting things if they don’t look right, looking out from hazards and preventing them from happening. You will also be maintaining supervision in the pool hall to ensure that guests/members are having fun whilst also being safe.

Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
