About the Role

 

Car Parks

Our fantastic team of car parking assistants are the very first people that our guests meet upon their arrival to Alton Towers Resort. You’ll be helping with parking cars safely, promptly and maximising free space, while answering guest queries and giving your recommendations for their exciting day ahead!

 

Before our guests arrive, you’ll make sure the car parks are looking fresh and presentable for the day; litter picking (equipment and training provided), flipping any required directional signage, relocating directional cones and reporting any potential hazards that might affect individual car parking spaces.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth entry into the park.
  • Efficient Operations: Assist with efficient parking of cars to facilitate a swift guest arrival.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues ensure a seamless guest journey from start to finish.
  • Guest Awareness: Provide information about the park’s offerings and ensure guests are aware of all available options to enhance their visit.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Address guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly, proactive approach, ensuring their experience is memorable.

  • Flexible Availability: Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and peak times to meet guest needs.
