Job Scope

To execute brilliantly the operation of our Freestyle & Vending units and the brand-new Paw Patrol Gift Shop, driving efficiency, revenue and cleanliness standards within units across the park. You will lead by example, demonstrating the most efficient, and guest-friendly operation to your colleagues whilst taking pride in your areas with attention to detail on overall presentation. All operational and safety concerns must be promptly reported to the Zonal Leads or relevant departments to ensure health and safety always remains the number one priority.

Job Purpose

1. To lead the Freestyle & Vending operation, ensuring that safety is never compromised.
2. To lead the operational efficiency within an IP driven store, maintaining the highest standards
3. To lead by example acting as a positive role model when within units, demonstrating to colleagues the safest and most efficient way of working.
4. To drive revenue and cleanliness standards across all units

Key Accountabilities

• To take ownership of the Freestyle & vending operation, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels are maintained
• To drive the standards of safety, revenue, and efficiency across units by acting as a role model and mentor, offering coaching to team members who require support in delivering in their job role.
• To motivate team members to operate the units efficiently, but safely with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.
• To drive and maintain exemplary IP standards in the Paw Patrol Gift Shop
• To offer on-the-spot guest recovery for guest complaints to prevent escalation to Guest Help & Information
• To ensure Health & Safety remains the number one priority during the operation by enforcing COSWP procedures and completing duties with the necessary high level of attention to detail.
• To take ownership of all areas of their units and stores, including cleanliness, revenue and efficiency
• All other responsibilities which drive revenue, safety, and guest obsession within the stores and units.

• Due to the nature of the role, candidate must be over the age of 18. 
• Must be Full Time and fully flexible, able to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
• Previous retail experience is desired.
