First Aider

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Hours can be between 08:30am – 08:00pm (earlies and lates on a rotational basis), working any 5 days out of 7

Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2026

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for a First Aider to join our AWESOME Security & First Aid Team!

As a First Aider you are responsible for the administration of immediate assistance to anyone within the Resort who is injured or suddenly taken ill, prior to the arrival of a paramedic or relevant medical representative. Successful candidates should be proactive, excellent communicators and remain calm when faced with incidents or medical emergencies. 

A key element in the role of First Aider is to remain calm in the event of a child being taken ill and interacting with their parent or guardian in a professional, supportive, and explanatory way, doing everything in your power to keep the parent or guardian calm and feeling informed.

• Due to the nature of this role a valid First Aid at Work qualification is required
• We will only be accepting applications from those candidates over the age of 18
• Experience within a First Aid centre, or equivalent
• Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and your colleagues
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time
• A full UK driving licence is desirable
