What you'll bring to the team

As a First Aid Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Adventurers’ first aid needs are looked after and that we are delivering a first-class service to ensure we care for every eventuality.

 

You will provide first aid support and assistance for the Resort, responding to first aid incidents efficiently and professionally whilst remaining calm in difficult situations, instilling confidence in other employees and guests.

 

You’ll be someone who can:

  • Provide competent First Aid across the Resort
  • Support walk‑ins at the First Aid Centre
  • Complete proactive tasks such as re‑stocking and audits
  • Assist with company health screenings
  • Maintain a good working relationship with local emergency services
  • Record all incidents accurately and professionally

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must hold First Aid at Work qualification 
  • First Aid experience preferable 
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy environments
