Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
  • Experience within hospitality, events, leisure, tourism, or attractions is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain exceptional standards of presentation and professionalism.
  • Experience delivering high-quality guest experiences is preferred.
