Here at Chessington World of Adventure, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Host to lead our Freestyle refill stations, vending operations and Paw Patrol Gift Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Supervisor, Team Leader or Hospitality Supervisor to take ownership of a high-profile guest-facing operation within a fast-paced attractions environment.
You'll lead by example, supporting and motivating colleagues while driving sales, maintaining excellent retail standards, managing stock levels and ensuring every guest receives outstanding customer service. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximising revenue and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health & safety.
If you have experience in retail operations, hospitality, customer service, team leadership, stock management and guest experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must be Full Time and fully flexible, able to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Previous retail experience is desired.
