Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time, fully flexible any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends), 5pm – 1am
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid
We're looking for a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to join our hotel housekeeping team and lead our Housekeepers, in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, conduct room inspections and quality checks, maintain high cleaning standards, manage stock and linen levels, and ensure health and safety compliance across our hotels. You'll also drive performance against housekeeping and cleanliness KPIs, helping to create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Leading by example, you'll motivate, train and coach your team, support recruitment and onboarding you'll play a key role in developing your team while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
This role would suit an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Team Leader, Hotel Supervisor, Cleaning Supervisor or Hospitality Team Leader looking to develop their leadership career within a leading hotel and hospitality operation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience within housekeeping as a room attendant or team leader
- Proven experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel or alterative overnight accommodation function
- Confident and comfortable to use cleaning equipment and chemicals, ideally with experience of reviewing COSHH and Risk Assessments
- Ability to lead the team effectively
- High quality attention to detail
- This is a physical, hands-on role so you will be comfortable to be on your feet undertaking physical work for long periods of time
- Relevant travel arrangements for shifts finishing at 1am
- Due to the shift times candidates must be over the age of 18

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
