As an Entertainments Event Experience Host you'll work in our Entertainment venues and attractions providing customer service to thousands of guests each day during our extremely popular events such as Oktoberfest and Scarefest whilst also ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. As part of this team, you'll be on hand to ensure our guests have a great experience by providing a helping hand around the Resort, giving directions and solving issues.

The role of the Event Experience Host is, first and foremost a customer service role. Therefore, you will need to be friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with a variety of guests. You need to be an excellent communicator and able to work long and late hours.

We are initially seeking colleagues to be part of our CBeebies Land 10-year Anniversary Celebration working in and around our event area and mainstage. Therefore, experience within the entertainment industry is preferable for summer roles to assist an onsite Stage Manager.

Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
