Entertainment Technician

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, shift patterns will include earlies (9am – 5pm approx.) and evenings (4:45pm – 9:45pm approx.)

Contract Type: Seasonal, until autumn 2024

Here at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Entertainment Technician to join our Brick-Tastic Entertainment Team!  

Our Entertainment Technicians are responsible for operating, running, and maintaining show elements across all our exciting Entertainment venues, as well as support within the production of our seasonal events. You’ll ensure that lighting, sound, and automation is working effectively and safely at the Miniland Stage, DUPLO Valley Theatre, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel Stage and the Heartlake City Harbour, keeping shows and entertainment experiences consistent and exciting for our guests of all ages!

• Experience with theatrical and live entertainment AV systems (lighting, sound, special effects, and automation)
• Proven experience with troubleshooting AV systems and programming new productions.
• Previous use of the following systems (or similar) is preferred: DiGiCo Mixing Consoles, Midas Digital Mixing Consoles, ETC Lighting Systems and QLab
• A flexible approach to working hours, due to the nature of Entertainment offerings you may work unsociable hours to accommodate rehearsals, show strikes, implementation of new technical show elements

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for an Entertainment Technician to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
