From movie royalty to actual royalty, the London Eye has welcomed them all and we’ve got our Eye out for front line Hosts to join our dedicated team in delivering an unmissable view that celebrates today’s London, giving guests memories that will last a lifetime.  

First and foremost, this is a guest facing role which involves offering an exceptional experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Upselling is key when working as a Sales Host at the London Eye you will need to pro-actively encourage guests to purchase a variety of different ticket types for the London Eye, London Eye River Cruise, cluster attractions and guides as well as promoting additional secondary revenue areas.

Within this role, you will find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction! You will have strong communication skills coupled with the ability to interact with our guests, plenty of enthusiasm, full of smiles and be a reliable team player. 

We have fixed term contracts on offer with full-time hours, working 5 days out of 7 a week on a rota basis. All that we ask is that you’re flexible as the lastminute.com London Eye is open daily, so shifts will include weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. The contract end date for this role will be the 1st of September 2024.

You’ll be a confident personality with the willingness to approach guests with warmth and deliver world class memorable experiences every day. The London Eye gets extremely busy and so we’d like you to already have experience of working in a pressurised environment within the hospitality industry or similar. 

We’re a close-knit team here at the London Eye and so we are looking for people with a willingness to work together but also independently when required.  

Up selling experience would be handy for our Sales Host roles, but don’t worry, full training will be provided.
