What you'll bring to the team

What will I do? 

  • Assisting with the batching of guests when working on a range of our Fright Night Attractions and offerings.
  • Recording hourly throughputs.
  • Delivering great experiences and interactions to guests.
  • Following trained out systems and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
  • Ensuring all workplaces are always tidy and presentable, taking on adhoc cleaning duties when required.
  • Gaining a strong knowledge of our offerings to assist with any guest queries or questions.
  • Ensuring all levels of communication are professional and are in line with training and brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with overall performance and running of the attractions.
  • Taking instruction from Senior Event Host regarding the operation.
  • Be a positive, engaging and approachable person who thrives off working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and engaging Event Hosts to help deliver a smooth operation for our Fright Night 2024 offerings, putting the guest experience at the forefront of the role.

 

Previous experience in customer service or guest facing roles is desirable.

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £7.53/Hr.-GBP £11.44/Hr.
