JOB SCOPE
To support the smooth, efficient and secure running of the Front of House areas. To ensure the team are always achieving and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience and customer service. The primary role will be to supervise the seasonal host team in running a smooth and seamless guest journey upon entry and exit to Thorpe Park. You will be a role model in driving high levels of customer service and upselling to ensure financial and sales targets are met. The role will consist of being the departmental duty manager on a rotational basis and will require you to build strong relationship with all other departments across the Resort.

Hours: Full Time - split shifts
Pay: £11.72 per hour
