We are recruiting for people with flexible availability positions to join our Retail & Fastrack team! 

What will I do? 

 
You will be working across our wide range of themed stores at Thorpe Park (all with fantastic merchandise to match!), with a keen eye for detail & the drive to provide the best experience possible for our guests. Plus, working for Retail & Fastrack allows you to work within two operations across the park - meaning that no two days are ever the same! 

Whether you are welcoming our guests into the stores & making sure that they are all excellently presented, or supporting our colleagues across the wider Park, one thing that doesn’t change is our mission to deliver world class customer service to each & every guest we encounter. 
 
You will gain knowledge across multiple areas of the Commercial Department, as well as the wider park, enabling you to provide memorable experiences for all guests that you interact with. If you’ve got a passion for service & sales, then Retail & Fastrack could be the department for you!  

We’re Looking For: 

• Someone motivated to achieve targets & work as part of the wider Commercial Team 
• People who are passionate about providing a high level of customer service to our guests  
• Someone who is comfortable both working alone, and in larger teams, across our variety of locations 
• Approachable & welcoming personalities, who also have the desire to learn and gain new skills!
