Hours: Shifts cover hours between 6am – 9pm across a 7-day rota

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Park Presentations Team Leader to join the team!

As a Park Presentations Team Leader, you will assist in the successful running of the day-to-day operation of the Park Presentations department. This includes completing regular spot checks of our Washroom Facilities, health and safety, team performance, guest interactions and related administration.

Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation as the Duty Manager.
• Training and coaching of Washroom Hosts and Resort Cleaners, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Review health & safety procedures ensuring we remain compliant.
• Identify feedback trends and ensure corrective action is taken accordingly.
• Use of Avius, EcoBreeze and PowerApps systems.
• Drive a guest obsessed culture amongst the team, acting as a role model.

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a jaw dropping experience to our Guests!

The following experience would be desirable but not essential:
• Previous management experience
• Experience working with COSHH
• First Aid at work

This is a physically demanding role, that will require a lot of walking, use of chemicals and heavy lifting.
