  • Saturdays & Sundays - 10am – 4.30pm

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Customer Service Hosts to join the team.

 

The Customer Service Team Look after Adventurers before, during and after their visits with us.

 

Within this role you will be communicating with guests via email, live chat and social media, ensuring a prompt response to all correspondence. Daily you will be dealing with any feedback that guests may have in a professional and calm manner and investigating further where necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests!

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £8.43/Hr.-GBP £11.50/Hr.
