We are looking for an energetic and motivated Retail Senior Hostr to help lead our dynamic retail team.

Role Overview:

As a Retail Senior Host, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across our retail outlets. You will lead a team of passionate Retail Hosts, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is ready to take on a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the smooth operation of retail outlets, including product merchandising, stock control, and daily sales reporting.
• Support the Retail Manager in driving sales performance and meeting revenue targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with staff training and development, ensuring team members are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.
• Monitor product displays and ensure that all stores are visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cash handling procedures.
• Help coordinate stock replenishments, promotions, and seasonal events.

About You:

• Previous experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to problem-solve effectively.
