About the Role:

As a Shows & Attractions Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a fantastic time at the resort's shows, live performances, and attractions. Whether it's interacting with guests, providing information, managing queues, or ensuring safety, you will play a key role in creating magical memories for families and thrill-seekers alike.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding guest service by ensuring visitors have a seamless and enjoyable experience at shows and attractions.
• Engaging with guests, offering information and guidance about attractions, show times, and other aspects of the resort.
• Managing queues and crowds in an organised and friendly manner, ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests by adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the team in setting up and maintaining shows, performances, and attractions.
