To work in a guest facing position delivering excellent customer service at all times. Ensure all on the day feedback is resolved efficiently and effectively, within the recovery matrix and is proportionate to the feedback from the guest and to create memorable experiences for all our guests, promoting Guest Obsession at all times!
Responsibilities:
This role is Front of House, working face to face with guests.
Involves assisting guests with accessibility queries and processing Ride Access Pass registrations.
Be an ambassador for the resort, as the main source of knowledge and information for guest queries.
Taking and resolving guest feedback, both positive and negative discreetly and professionally.
No previous experience required, just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
