This role is pivotal to our dynamic Entertainments team. As part of the projects team, the role focuses on supporting management in future planning, researching industry trends, contributing to the development of new experiences, fostering strong relationships with industry suppliers, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time.
This role is averaging 8 - 32 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Operational needs may deem it necessary, on occasion, to work weekends and/or bank holidays due to the nature of the department. Therefore, flexibility is required, and the ability to support the Entertainments team in other tasks on the park.
Responsibilities:
Interpersonal and relationship building skills
Agile in approach and a keen problem solver, able to react quickly to operational challenges
Proven ability to enforce policy & procedural compliance
High standards and acute attention to detail with a proven track record of financial administration
Confident in making high pressure decisions
Confident and competent in managing stake holders
Experience in financial software is preferred
