Hours: Fixed term contract to November 2025. Shifts working weekends and bank holidays as required.

We are looking for energetic, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of roles across the resort. Whether you’re working on one of our thrilling attractions, providing excellent customer service, or supporting our operations behind the scenes, we need exceptional team members who are committed to making every visit special for our guests. 

 

Available Positions are: 

 

Rides & Attractions Hosts

Welcoming and interacting with guests, pro-actively handling guest queries, whilst monitoring queue lines and implementing ride restrictions. 

 

Retail & Admissions Hosts

Deliver great customer service interacting with our guests at the entrances/exits helping guests gain entry onto the park, offering an exciting range of products from one of the many shops on the resort as well as our Reserve & Ride tickets to reduce ride queuing time. 

 

Car Park Hosts

Manage and direct the flow of all guests entering and exiting the park and hotel whist maintaining high cleanliness standards within our car parks.

 

High Ropes Instructors 

Support of the High Ropes Courses operation. Assisting and instructing guests though our courses. Ensuring health & safety is upheld at all times whilst delivering excellent customer service. OVER 18'S ONLY 

 

Hotel Front Office Hosts

Provide exceptional reception service to all guests of the hotel, ensuring hotel quality standards are maintained achieving guest satisfaction. Provide guests with a warm welcome and goodbye, and ensuring the safety of our guests sleeping overnight on resort. 

 

Hotel Housekeepers

Preparation of accommodation at our Chessington Resort Hotel, ensuring our rooms are ready for our guests arrival.

 

Park Presentations

Woking within our Park Presentations Team multiple roles available including:

  • Park Cleaner - Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the park within a designated area. Ensuring the area is litter free, bins are emptied, and tables & benches are clean.
  • Washroom Cleaner (Day/Nights available) - Responsible for the overall cleanliness of our Washrooms, wiping down signage, complete toilet deep cleaning, restocking toilet roll & soap and maintaining excellent housekeeping within our toilet and chemical store cupboards. On occasion you will also be expected to do BIO cleaning and may be expected to support our Park Cleaners. 

VIP Hosts 

Deliver VIP Experiences to our guests both on the day and in advance providing VIP Customer Service. Hosting Birthday Parties and assisting with VIP Family Visits also form part of this role. A Valid UK Drivers licence is desirable but not essential. 

 

First Aiders

As part of our First Aid Team you will provide first aid support and assistance for the Resort, responding to first aid incidents efficiently and professionally in line with site First Aid protocols, whilst remaining calm in difficult situations acting with professionalism and discretion at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £7.53/Hr.-GBP £11.44/Hr.
