Our talent agents are currently scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast. We’re looking for Admissions Hosts to join our team to help create memorable experience to our guests. You will do this by welcoming our guests and controlling external queue lines (so be prepared to work in all weather conditions). This is a guest facing role which involves offering an exceptional experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Upselling is key when working as an Admissions Host at Madame Tussauds you will need to pro-actively encourage guests to purchase a variety of different ticket types for our cluster attractions as well as promoting additional secondary revenue areas.  

Our contracts are fixed term and based upon working a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week. Our business is open all year round so we require full availability, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Strong customer service skills and the confidence to be able to deal with a high volume of guests daily
• You’ll have the confidence to engage and interact with thousands of visitors and passers-by each day, giving world class customer service and up-selling our offers.
• You’ll be used to working in a high-pressure environment, preferably from within the entertainments industry, but wherever your previous experience lies full training will be given.
• You’ll understand the importance of exceeding KPIs and targets, and driving revenue through utilising excellent sales skills, as well as making sure that you are working within health, safety, and standard operating procedures at all times.
