What you'll bring to the team

Site Presentations Team Leader

Location: Thorpe Park, KT16 8PN 

Hours: Fully Flexible; working up to 5 days out of 7, covering hours that can be between 9:00am-7:00pm 

Contract Type: Seasonal, until November 2025 

Qualifications & Experience

This role is a fast-paced one that involves the management of the cleaning team. You will be looking after the operation as well as maintaining the training and other management requirements within the department.

 

The type of person we are looking for in this role will posses the following:

  • Ability to be able to lead from the front
  • Ability to work alone
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of cleaning
  • Good problem solver
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Computer skills
  • Good people skills and communicator
  • Reporting of all Health and Safety concerns
