Are you looking for a seasonal job that’s full of FUN in Birmingham city? Get ready to bring the fun to life as we seek Customer Service Assistants in our commercial areas to become the heartbeat of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham and SEA LIFE Birmingham!
In this varied role you’ll be the first point of contact for our explorers, offering a warm welcome, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. Working in the admissions or retail area, providing excellent customer service to every visitor. You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit.
You could be working on the front-line in our Café/Coffee Shop at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders at the till, serving drinks and snacks as well as simple food preparation. Being in a food environment, you’ll make sure cleanliness and hygiene are top notch and all food safety procedures are followed. You’ll also be stocking and merchandising the displays, helping with stock ordering, and coordinating deliveries.
This is a seasonal contract, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Our attraction is open daily, so flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
