To support the Assistant Front Office Managers in all aspects of the operation, and to ensure the overall smooth and efficient running of the Reception, Porters, Switchboard, Treehouse Hosts, Welcome Hosts and Admin. To control the shift operation and communicate effectively with all relevant departments and within Front Office. To take ownership of all colleagues on shift and always maintain an effective team environment with excellent customer service.
Our ideal candidate will have at least three years customer service experience with prior knowledge of using Opera. Detailed experience of managing others within a team.
We are also looking for someone with excellent communication skills and is highly motivated.
