Operations Associate
Location: THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PN
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: 

 

The Operations Associate will support the Operations Specialist in maintaining and driving operational standards across Resort.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular spot checks across the Resort to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Code of Safe Working Practices (CoSWPs), and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
  • Ensure operational standards are maintained, consistently following through on any required actions and improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Resort operational goals by observing frontline teams and providing feedback.
  • Facilitate and support the delivery of training courses to frontline staff, ensuring alignment with operational standards and safety protocols.
  • Support the Operations Specialist by leading any Employee Relations (ER) processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
  • Oversee the facilitation of investigations, documenting findings, and supporting the resolution of operational and employee-related issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact for escalated operational issues or support requests from frontline teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in operational management, systems coordination, or a related field.
  • Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in system management tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

This role is a full-time role, averaging 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business this will include weekends, bank holidays and some late evenings as required.
