Eligibility for the Pre-Qualified Bonus:

 

We are offering a £250 bonus to lifeguards who meet the following criteria:

  • Availability to work any 5 days out of 7
  • Hold a valid and in-date NPLQ qualification
  • Commit to a minimum 6-month employment period with no performance issues

 

Qualifications & Experience

Role Requirements:

 

  • Supervise guests in our Waterpark, always ensuring their safety
  • Respond swiftly to any emergencies and follow safety protocols
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Work effectively as part of a team to create a safe and enjoyable environment
