We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to take charge of our retail gift shops. As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high store standards, and unleash your creativity to explore new and exciting revenue opportunities.
In this role, you'll be more than just a leader—you’ll be a coach, a motivator, and a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. With no two days the same, you’ll be involved in everything from stock control and visual merchandising to food hygiene audits and shop upkeep.
We have a full-time position available which will be a fixed term role until January 2026. This will be a 20 minimum guaranteed hour contract. Shifts will include working weekends and due to the nature of the business also include bank holidays.
