What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same when you’re part of our vibrant Commercial team! You’ll:

• Welcome guests with a smile across Admissions, Retail, Waxhands, VR, and even our bar.
• Deliver memorable experiences by providing excellent service that keeps guests buzzing with excitement.
• Assist with the day-to-day running of our two attractions, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as Peter Rabbit’s adventures.
• Smash sales targets while keeping the health and safety of guests and staff front and centre.
• Answer questions with confidence and efficiency, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from April to November. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible minimum guaranteed hours of 5 per week. Availability of work will vary throughout the season.

• Have a knack for customer service and a can-do attitude.
• Love working as part of a team in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Experience hitting sales targets while creating unforgettable moments.
• Have a background in commercial roles (preferred, but not essential).
