As a Retail Host you will be the first point of contact for our guests in one of our retail units across our 64 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens. Including Pageant Field, the Peacock Garden and Central Courtyard.
Offering a warm welcome and encouraging visitors to stock up on merchandise, you’ll need to help make sure the shop is always fully stocked and looking presentable. You’ll also have the confidence to suggest products that our guests may want to purchase or be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have. You'll always strive to boost revenue and smash daily targets while demonstrating world-class customer service.
This is a flexible, fixed-term position, contracted until Sunday the 4th of January 2026. Shifts will vary with a minimum of 5 hours up to 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of our business, you will be required to have good availability. Working term time, school holiday periods, weekends, and bank holidays. Evening shifts will be available throughout the year including over Halloween and throughout the Christmas period.
