Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE

 

Hours: Fixed term contracts until November. Shifts cover hours between 8.30am – till park close across a 7 day rota. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings weekends and holidays to support park operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the First Aid provisions for guests and staff. 

 

Assisting in undertaking regular first aid management exercises to test the robustness of procedures and staff understanding. De-brief, communicate and follow up on any outstanding actions.

 

Manage all direct reports effectively and consistently in line company requirements, including the timely application of individuals’ Personal Development Plans and Performance Management processes. Training and development for direct reports, mentoring and inducting new first aid staff in to the department.

 

Constantly seek ways to improve any aspect of the First Aid function in accordance with business need.

Qualifications & Experience

We need you to come with the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests!

 

We are looking for candidates with previous management experience in a related field, with strong skills in developing staff and enhancing procedures.
 
The role will Require excellent verbal and written communication skills with Strong guest service and supervisory skills. Computer proficiency with ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) is required.
 

Candidates must have a First Aid at work qualification 

 

Extended First Aid and Emergency skills certification and previous experience within a leisure attractions is desirable but not essential

 

We are looking for a minimum of 2 years of related first aid experience or related experience in emergency care is preferred 

 

Due to the nature of the role candidates must be age 18 years and over.
