We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to take charge of our retail gift shops. As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high store standards, and unleash your creativity to explore new and exciting revenue opportunities.
In this role, you'll be more than just a leader - you’ll be a coach, a motivator, and a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. With no two days the same, you’ll be involved in everything from stock control and visual merchandising to audits and shop upkeep. You will also take on Duty Manager responsibilities for the attraction. Including opening and closing the attraction and dealing with guest queries and concerns.
This is a full time fixed-term position contracted until December 2025, offering 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be on a 5 in 7 roster pattern and flexibility will be needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
