Hotel Night Team Leader
Location: Thorpe Park,
Hours: Weekends & Holidays
Contract Type: Seasonal, until November 2025
In this role, you will be the face of the Thorpe Shark Cabins, you will be responsible for checking guests in & out of the Cabins, serving guests in the Thorpe Shark Supplies Shop, ensuring that standard are kept to a high level throughout the Cabins and ensure the Cabins daily reporting is done to the correct standard.
Responsibilities
• Checking Guests In & Out of the Cabins
• Correctly storing luggage and taking it to the Cabins for arrival guests
• Ensuring KPI surveys are filled out by all guests checking out of the Cabins
• Cleaning all guest areas overnight to ensure it is ready for the next days operation
• Effectively dealing with guests feedback or major issues
• Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest belongings
• Providing guests with all the correct information about there stay at Thorpe Shark Cabins
• Completing any required people management tasks for your direct reports
• Effectively communicating with all Hotel Stakeholders regarding anything that could affect the guest experience and operation
• Ensure that all reporting is completed and sent to the relevant departments
• Ensure that all rooms are allocated ready for the next days operation
No previous experience required, just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
