Hours: Fixed term contracts until November. 2025. Shifts cover hours between 8.30am – 5pm across a 7 day rota

Here at Chessington World of Adventures, are 2025 Season is in full swing and we are recruiting for Contact Centre Agents to join the team!

 

Working within the Guest Experience Department you will provide an excellent level of service to our adventurers. You will be the point of contact for all guests, primarily pre-visit and post-visit. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction.

 

Day to day this role will include:

 

  • Assisting and dealing with any enquiries or feedback that guests may have in a professional and calm manner, going above and beyond to provide all our guests with memorable experiences.
  • Logging information received, maintaining detailed and accurate records, whilst ensuring GDPR requirements are met.
  • Responsible for making large school bookings.
  • Provide Recovery to any guests in line with internal processes, ensuring all recovery is appropriately logged.

Qualifications & Experience

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests!

 

Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Computer Literacy

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £8.90/Hr.-GBP £12.27/Hr.
