Hours: Fixed term contracts until 2nd November. Shifts cover weekends during the off-peak period, then 4-5 days per week during the running of our Halloween event.

Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Guest Help & Information Virtual Queue Assistants to join the team!
Working within the Guest Experience Department you will ensure that Ride Access Pass queue lines are managed efficiently, scanning guests into the queue, and opening and closing the queue when necessary in order to manage the capacity of the queue line.
You will also act as a point of contact for any queries a guest may have relating to the Ride Access Pass as well as answering any general resort related questions.
